There
are four steps to registering for Rising River.
1.
Choose the session you
wish to attend. Each session of Rising River is limited to ten participants.
2.
Copy the registration form below and paste it into an email. Complete the information and send the email to jackie@jacquelinedavies.net.
3.
Wait to receive confirmation of your spot. (You
will receive confirmation within five days of your request.)
4.
After you receive confirmation, mail a $150 deposit
check to the address on the confirmation email. If you do not mail the
deposit check within one week of receiving confirmation,
your spot will be released.
